TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of tickets for events organised by *Evoke Exp Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202104442H) (“Evoke”, “we”, “our” or “us”)*. Tickets are sold through our authorised ticketing partner, *Trip.com* (the “Ticketing Platform”). By purchasing a ticket through the Ticketing Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to both the original purchaser and any subsequent ticket holder (“you”).
1. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
Evoke reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any amendments will apply only to ticket purchases made after the updated Terms and Conditions are published.
2. Additional Event Terms
Certain events may be subject to additional event-specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the event website and/or Ticketing Platform where applicable. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with these additional terms.
3. General
Evoke is the organiser and promoter of the event. Trip.com acts solely as Evoke’s authorised ticketing platform for the sale and distribution of tickets. All enquiries relating to ticket purchases may be directed to Evoke or the Ticketing Platform, as applicable.
4. Refunds, Exchanges and Ticket Replacement
Tickets are non-refundable except where:
• the event is cancelled;
• the event is rescheduled and you are unable or unwilling to attend the new date;
• the event is significantly relocated; or
• where otherwise required by applicable law.
Requests for refunds must be submitted within a reasonable period after notification of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation.
Refunds will be limited to the original purchase price of the ticket, including any applicable booking fees, unless otherwise required by law.
Evoke is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from cancellation, postponement or relocation of an event, including but not limited to travel, accommodation or other incidental expenses.
Lost, stolen or damaged tickets may be replaced at Evoke’s discretion, subject to verification of purchase. Replacement fees may apply.
5. Changes to Event Programme
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evoke reserves the right to:
• change event schedules;
• substitute or withdraw athletes, performers or speakers;
• amend event programmes;
• change seating arrangements;
• modify ticket categories;
• alter venue layouts or audience capacities where necessary.
Such changes shall not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
6. Conditions of entry
Admission is subject to these Terms and Conditions and any additional conditions imposed by Evoke or the venue.
Evoke reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the event where reasonable grounds exist, including where a person:
• breaches these Terms and Conditions;
• behaves in a disruptive, offensive or unsafe manner;
• is intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances;
• poses a risk to the safety or enjoyment of other attendees.
Late arrivals may only be admitted at an appropriate break in the programme.
Evoke may prohibit photography, filming or recording equipment where applicable.
For security purposes, attendees may be required to undergo bag or personal searches prior to entry.
7. Ticket Authenticity
Entry may be refused where a ticket:
• has been altered or defaced;
• is counterfeit;
• has been obtained through unauthorised resale channels; or
• is otherwise deemed invalid.
8. Ticket Resale
Tickets must not be resold for commercial gain or above face value without Evoke’s prior written consent.
Tickets must not be used for advertising, promotional campaigns, competitions or commercial purposes without Evoke’s prior written approval.
Any ticket sold or used in breach of these Terms may be cancelled without refund, and admission may be refused.
9. Ticket Collection and Delivery
Please allow sufficient time for ticket collection or electronic delivery.
Where concession tickets are purchased, valid identification may be required upon collection and/or entry.
Evoke reserves the right to amend ticket delivery methods where reasonably necessary to minimise unauthorised resale or fraud.
10. Ticket Purchase Limits
Evoke may impose limits on the number of tickets that may be purchased for an event. Orders exceeding such limits may be cancelled without prior notice, including multiple orders placed using the same customer details, payment method or other identifying information.
11. Pricing and System Errors
While every reasonable effort is made to ensure ticket availability and pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur.
Evoke reserves the right to cancel or amend orders arising from such errors. Where practicable, customers will be offered the opportunity to purchase tickets at the correct price.
12. Customer Errors
Where Evoke incurs reasonable costs as a result of customer requests to amend, reissue or reprocess ticket orders, Evoke reserves the right to recover such costs.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evoke’s liability arising out of or in connection with any event or ticket purchase shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant ticket. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
15. Privacy
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with Evoke’s Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the privacy policies of the authorised Ticketing Platform for the purposes of processing your ticket purchase and administering the event.
16. Weather Policy
The Tour de France EFGH Singapore Criterium is intended to proceed rain or shine.
Evoke reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to delay, suspend, modify or cancel any part of the event where weather conditions or other circumstances may compromise the safety of participants, spectators, staff or officials.
No refund or exchange shall be provided in the event of adverse weather or changes made for safety reasons, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
17. Photography, Filming and Media
By entering the event venue or participating in any event activity, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings and other audio-visual recordings may be taken of you.
You grant Evoke and its event partners the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, broadcast and distribute such recordings, in whole or in part, worldwide and in perpetuity, for promotional, marketing, publicity, editorial and archival purposes, without further notice or compensation.
18. Force Majeure
Evoke shall not be liable for any delay, modification, suspension or cancellation of the event arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, adverse weather, haze, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, government restrictions, public health measures, labour disputes, civil unrest, terrorism, war or any other force majeure event.
In such circumstances, Evoke reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate or cancel the event without liability, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
19. Assumption of Risk (Applicable to Participation Events)
This clause applies to all participation-based activities organised as part of the Tour de France EFGH Singapore Criterium, including but not limited to the A L’Attaque races, ASEAN Community Ride, Social Rides, Morning VIP Ride and any other cycling activities organised by Evoke.
By participating, you acknowledge that cycling is an inherently hazardous activity involving risks including, but not limited to, collisions, falls, equipment failure, changing weather conditions, road hazards and the actions of other participants.
You confirm that you are medically fit to participate, possess the necessary cycling skills for the relevant activity, and participate voluntarily at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evoke, its affiliates, sponsors, contractors, volunteers and event partners shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss or damage suffered by any participant, except where caused by their negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Participants must comply with all event rules, marshal instructions and applicable safety requirements. Evoke reserves the right to refuse or withdraw participation from any person whose conduct may compromise the safety of the event.
20. Intellectual Property
All event names, logos, branding, graphics, photographs, videos and other intellectual property relating to the Tour de France EFGH Singapore Criterium remain the property of Evoke, Amaury Sport Organisation (ASO), or the respective rights holders.
No person may use, reproduce or exploit any event intellectual property for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the relevant rights holder.
21. Personal Data
By purchasing a ticket or registering for an event, you consent to Evoke collecting, using and disclosing your personal data for the purposes of administering the event, communicating with participants and spectators, providing customer support, fulfilling legal obligations and conducting event-related marketing where permitted by applicable law.
Personal data may be shared with authorised service providers, including the official ticketing platform, government authorities where required, medical providers in emergency situations and other parties involved in delivering the event.
Evoke will process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (“PDPA”) and Evoke’s Privacy Policy.
